    Power

    Our signature 60-minute Power yoga sequence is a vinyasa-based practice that encourages a focus on breath to develop strength, balance, and flexibility while promoting mental clarity and a profound relaxation afterwards.

    It is perfect introductory class if this is your first time practicing at our studio. It is suitable to all body types, age groups, and appropriate for all skill levels.

  • Bikram

    We offer 60 & 75-minute Bikram that follows the 26+2 structure. Each posture is designed to ensure your body receives everything it needs for optimal function.

    With lineage tracing back to Bishnu Ghosh and Paramahansa Yogananda, this class is a physical (asana) practice to support the body with elements of Kriya yoga to promote breath control, calmness and mental purification.

    Classic Bikram is designed to benefit those of any body type, age, and experience level.

  • Restorative

    Our 75 and 90-minute Restorative yoga class brings deep relaxation and rejuvenation. This class focuses on long holds of 3-5 minutes in each posture, specifically targeting deep tissue opening and joint flexibility.

    The warm room temperature (75F - 85F) aids in softening muscles, enhancing the effectiveness of each pose, and promoting healing.

  • Sound Baths

    Sound Bath

    Gongs. Bowls. Chimes. All the ingredients for 75-minutes of blissful relaxation. In partnership with Sound Alchemy, we bring weekly sound baths at The Ashram to help you unwind from the long week.

    Open to anyone regardless of whether they are Ashram Yoga students.

    Hamsa Hatha Kriya

    This is our most unique class at The Ashram. Offered a few times a year, the Hamsa Hatha Kriya was designed by Gary Olson after decades of teaching.

    This class focuses on mastering breath control (pranayama) and guided meditation, fostering a deep connection with your inner self and promoting mental clarity.

    Afterwards, students typically experience a calm mind and heightened awareness.

    Class limited to practicing Ashram Yoga students.

  • hiit yoga

    60-minutes is all it takes to feel the burn with our HIIT Yoga glass. As the name implies, the fusion between these two forms of exercise is design to work up a sweat, strengthened core muscle groups through bodyweight exercises, and deliver that post-yoga bliss that is the hallmark of our studio; all to the rhythm of pulsating music.

TRANSFORMATION COURSE

The Ashram Transformation Course is a cohort-based course where students will explore yoga beyond the physical postures (Asana).

Through a deeper exploration of yoga and elements like Deva Meditation, Pranayama, and reading and discussion of canonic yoga texts, we aim to deliver the following outcomes:

  • A stronger Asana practice

  • A proven meditation methodology

  • A deeper understanding of the 5,000 year history of Yoga

  • A group of Yogis embark on this lifelong journey

This course is the fruit of Gary Olson's lifetime of Yoga practice and over nearly 25 years of teaching thousands of students, as well as hundreds of Yoga teachers.

There will be group sessions, as well as individual 1:1 time with Gary.

This course is open to all levels and students, regardless of how new or experienced they are to Yoga.
