“Did a Bikram hot yoga class for the first time. Instructor was very friendly and the environment of the class was welcoming to both beginners and experienced people.

You bring your own mat and towel which is sort of nicer, because everything feels gross by the end of class.

The heat was the biggest difficulty, and honestly the class was the hardest physical activity I’ve ever done. Left class feeling completely spent and a little nauseous, but a couple hours later, feels so good.

Great feeling of accomplishment and pride follows, in being able to push your body to its limits like that.
